Accounts

Where use of any part of our Services requires an account, you agree to provide complete and accurate information when registering.

Disclaimer

Our Services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. OnNetPulse and its suppliers and licensors disclaim all warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Neither OnNetPulse nor its suppliers and licensors warrant that the Services will be error-free or uninterrupted. You understand that any content or services obtained through our Services are accessed at your own risk.

Jurisdiction and Applicable Law

Except to the extent required by applicable law, this Agreement and any access to or use of our Services shall be governed by the laws of Kenya.

The proper venue for any disputes arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall be the courts located in Nairobi, Kenya.

OnNetPulse reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time.

If changes are material, we will provide notice by posting on our website or by sending an email or other communication before the changes take effect. The notice will specify a reasonable period after which the updated terms will apply.

If you do not agree to the changes, you should stop using our Services within the notice period or once the changes become effective.
